The next business day replacement contract is applicable on all business working days. Once you notify us of the hardware failure, we will authorize your request and immediately ship the replacement hardware even before you send us the defective hardware. This will save a lot of time and money for you because you don't have to wait for the defective piece to reach us. Transportation delay may occur depending on the local conditions. You will have 30 days to send us your defective product and in that time you will be able to use your new product.
We offer you the ability to quickly replace your Idrive no matter whether the problem is. After you send us the damaged product we will investigate the reason of breaking down.
